Inspired by my own life experiences and commitment to inclusivity and connection, I have dedicated my work to creating spaces where people of all abilities feel welcome and valued. Drawing on my experience as a mother of a child with special needs and my over 20 years as a healthcare worker and nurse, I strive to blend passion, creativity, and a strong sense of connection in the hope of making a lasting impact on others.

I am a nurse with a secondary degree in Healthcare Administration and am an entrepreneur, all while managing the ranch with my husband and two boys. You will often find us at home, enjoying the life we have created. We love what we do, and we can't wait to share it with others.

With over 15 years of combined military and federal service, I bring extensive expertise as a Reasonable Accommodation Subject Matter Expert, Human Resources Specialist (Employee and Labor Relations), and Administrative Officer.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration.

When I’m not busy being my kids’ personal Uber driver, you’ll find me outdoors, hiking and soaking in the scenic beauty of Colorado.

As a dedicated member of T21Ranch, she works tirelessly to promote equitable access to education for all, believing that learning is the key to unlocking opportunities and creating a brighter future. With a background in teaching and school counseling, Emily has spent 11 years working to empower underserved communities and ensure that every individual, regardless of background, has the chance to thrive.

Driven by a profound belief in the transformative power of education, Emily is committed to creating inclusive programs that make learning accessible, engaging, and impactful. Whether it's through mentoring, curriculum development, or community outreach initiatives, she is passionate about fostering environments where knowledge is celebrated, and curiosity is encouraged.
